The perfect place for a short or long stay in Exchange.

Nesuto is a leading accommodation operator of quality, self-contained hotels and apartment hotels, across Australia and New Zealand. Nesuto is the Japanese word for ‘nest’ and being true to the name, their properties provide everything you need to create the stay you want. Nesuto Curtin will offer all guests, including family members, visiting academics and industry professionals, a convenient, welcoming and homely environment with dedicated service from a caring team.

The hotel accommodates a total of 60 guest rooms across five storeys, including 50 standard one-bedroom guest rooms, 5 two-bedroom guest suites, and 5 DDA-compliant, universally accessible suites.

Nesuto design favours separate bedrooms and open plan living, providing guests with more space and privacy than traditional hotel rooms. Interior design features will be modern and stylish with rich timber and brass influences.
