UniLodge welcomes thousands of students each year to its 70+ properties across Australia and New Zealand, including Curtin’s pre-existing on-campus student accommodation, in addition to the recently completed Twin Dolphin Hall in Exchange.
UniLodge currently looks after over 20,000 students in purpose-built student accommodation, which means they have significant experience in providing a supportive community for students living away from home. Accommodation is complemented by their exciting Community Spirit Program – providing residents with regular community events and staff support to make new friends in a safe and inclusive environment.

UniLodge’s new building
UniLodge’s new ten-storey building includes a diverse mix of studio, ensuite and shared apartments with private bedrooms (2, 4 and 6 bedroom). Décor is modern and neutral so you can make it your own. UniLodge’s Twin Dolphin Hall also includes a range of common areas such as lounge space, shared kitchen and dining facilities, a games zone and a large landscaped area on level two. A boutique grocer and three retail outlets are conveniently located on the ground floor and basement parking will also be available.
Just a short stroll away, you’ll find lots more dining options in addition to Curtin Central Bus Interchange, Curtin Stadium and of course, Curtin’s academic buildings.
